Build a Website and online learning course with payment gateway

The developer will be tasked to develop a website that will act as an online learning course through wordpress plugin LearnPress. 1. Website domain name to be registered (with email) 2. Landing page will have overview information and registration and log in. 3. Access to content will be via two ways: 1) Users will be provided a username and login password by admin, or 2) or click per pay feature using PayPal. So not anyone can log in and view. 4. Option for mass purchase of registrations and a list of log in information is sent to purchasers email. 5. Registration can be set to time period (example, three months from purchase). 6. Users will be able to sign at any stage to undertake lessons 7. Before the first lesson starts, there will be a short multi choice quiz, 8 questions 8. Pages for 6 lessons. After each lesson, multi-choice quiz of 8 questions. I need to have access to load lesson content. This will be images and written words. 9. I will provide content for adding in. 10. Lessons and quiz content can be toggled between English and Khmer (Cambodian). I will provide all lesson and quiz content and translations. 11. If students complete all lessons and quizzes, they obtain certificate feature of completion. 12. In back-end, quiz scores are matched to user registration and send to admin in spreadsheet 13. All content needs to be able to be in both languages. If this is successful concept, more languages will be added later.
