Build a Website like Planet Win 365

I want to build a website like Planet Win '[login to view URL]'. [-] Each code from Planet Win has an amount of money played (paid by the user) and an amount of money to win. The user will complete the list of odds and add them in the bet-slip in [login to view URL], [-] Planet Win website will give the user a unique code containing the list of odds and the amount to win, and the amount that the user used to bet. The main functions are : - The user can submit a code generated from [login to view URL] - The website will check the code on '[login to view URL]', must recognize the code, load all the odds, the amount to win and the amount played by the user. - The entries/bet-slips must be added to the database with the same unique code as Planet Win. - The website must monitor the changes to each odd/match and update its status in the database. - We will have many users (Admins & Simple users). * Admins can add users * Admins can manage users * Admins can add balance/points to users (points = virtual money) * Admins can check the list of played odds and the status of the played matches in each odd/listing * The Users can add codes, and monitor their bet-slips. * When a user add a code, the website will load all the details including the amount used to play. => for example, the user used $1 as a bet, and will win $500 if all the odds are correct. => When the code is added and confirmed, all the entries will be added to the database, including the amount played and the amount to win. => The amount played ($1 in our case) must be deduced from the balance of the user. I already have almost all the php functions coded. Your task will be to check the php code that I have, and create the website (similar to [login to view URL]) with the functionalities listed above.
