But it is not the right way, initially we can go through the requirements but we definitely need to spend time to write the proposal. Also they provide no place or private message unless you contact us, therefore we cannot submit the portfolio, examples site and our creative work. Also we do not post the portfolio and work examples publically to avoid other people copying it and claiming as their own. So, this is very much doable & since we have an example website in front of us, so it would be easy for our team to make it better but our estimate is way higher than US $1,500, because you want 4 things not just website. - Website - Native iOS App - Native Android App - WebServices are also required for the communication - Back-end Admin Panel Of course, we need to assign separate developers for Website, IOS & Android, which increases the cost, so please drop me a message thru' PMB, if you are flexible in your budget.
