Ground Working Flow & Requirements.
• Product Database.
o Inventory System should show the Product Details as it is currently Shows in mbadmin panel.
o If we click on Item SKU full product detail page should open including pictures, description, all other fields.
o If we click on Item Name it should display the Transaction of the product which it is showing currently.
o Excel download should give full data download including all fields.
• Warehouse Database
o We have 4 Warehouse and currently we do not have any feature of Warehouse Transfer and need to know how much stock in each warehouse. Once panel created we will transfer stock from panel.
• Report of List of Products we want to procure at our warehouse.
o We will get from low inventory alerts by setting Minimum Stock Required.
• Goods are purchased and Arranged Rack Wise at our Warehouse.
o FIFO method to be used while generating “PICKUP LIST”.
o Option for Damaged Inventory to be given as “BAD Inventory”
• We get Orders Online from Different Customers (eBay, Amazon, Snapdeal, Flipkart, etc)
o Link the Customer SKU with our Inventory SKU
Feature to add multiple product in one SKU.
Example : SKU Code ‘ppaluma’ for Customer ‘Rediff’
Product Name : Passport Cum CardHolder With 2 Free AlumaWallet
There are 3 products in this SKU of Rediff.
So we need to add 3 products from our Inventory
SKU Code : “PPBGB” & 2pc of “ALMBK”
o Upload the Before XML file
o If Product Inventory is Low or Nil should give an error to process order.
o Generate the Pickup List of available orders. Pickup List should have product ThumbNail.
o Products are pickup from the Racks mentioned on Pickup List and given for Packaging
o Manifest is created and Shipments are handed over to Respective Courier Persons.
• We get Orders Offline as well over phone or email, need to punch in orders on Panel Manually. Feature needs to be added on mbadmin panel.
• After order processing is done comes the reco of Payments and Returns. Normally 30% Shipments shipped out are Return back.
o Return staff opens the panel and scans the Order ID which we have already shipped and mark the shipments as RETURNED back.
o Date of Return is punched.
o Inventory is added back – Either ‘Good’ or ‘Bad’ if damaged Return. If the product is totally damaged and not reusable only the Order is marked as Return and Inventory is not added back. We file a claim with respective customer hence we need to upload 3 images of damaged product and claims stays open until we click as resolved.
o If the Shipment & Product is received in good condition the Order is marked as Closed.
• Payments
o We get excel data from all customers while payments received, which are Order Wise.
o Upload the data and order are marked as payment received and Orders Closed.
• Reshipments
o Orders if found defect at end user, we make reshipments to the customers
o Need a feature to punch in reshipment details for the Order as well.
