There are features such as multi swaps (person a wants person b's home. Person b wants person c's home. Person c wants person a's home). There are a lot of timewasters found on these sites so I want to make a new rival website which has features such as blocking timewasters etc. I will generate income by yearly fees, ads from companies such as van companies and adsense. For this reason I want to have a partner. You can take the earnings until the money spent on building has been made, I can do admin side at the start. This is a very profitable website but people are resorting to facebook etc and not doing so well finding swaps as facebook is all over the place (imagine hundreds of home swap groups).
