I need a website and also an app built for me. The basics of the platform are that it will allow a person to find a local trades person or a service that will come to their home in a postcode area. The website will allow the customer for example to search for a "dog washer" in a specified postcode area and it will match them with three dog washers that service this area.
It will allow the following : 1/.Allow the customer to enter the service or trade they require from a drop down box
2/. Enter the postcode where they live
3/. Enter name and also address and phone number.
4/. This will be then sent as a text to the trades or service provider smart phone that services the area they are in. It will only allow up to a maximum of three trades or service providers to receive a text message to the ring and organise a quote for them.
5/. For the service or trades person this will firstly create a database for themselves that they can market to later on.
It will also have a back office area where me as the owner can charge the service or trades provider a monthly fee for this.
6/. Each service provider or trades person will also have a one page website that is allowed using our domain name. For example [login to view URL]
7/. It will also allow me to take payments online and send out receipts for each of these payments automatically.
8/. Each trade or service provider will be found via a postcode linked system. It must allow to link six postcodes or twenty postcodes to their account.
9/. The payment system will be linked to a platform such as eway.
