I'm looking for someone who can buit a site like this one: www.vipauction.co.uk.
I want only the Express Auction part, without the lowest unique bid part, only express auction.
You can see in How It Work page how I would like to be.
It will have: Buy credits with credit card and SMS, individual setup for each product on site ( starting price, click cost )
Also i would like some extra features.
Referral system on 2 levels, with a credit bonus if the user log in every day.
Designe i would like to be more likely [login to view URL] at colors and the arange of the products.
Website should be responsive and work on all devices. Please send proposal in proper format else you will not be considered at the time of selection.
