I need a creative person who is confident in their skills in building a website. I would like to build a website close to a university like website. I want the person to help with implementing the idea i have while building a solid website. I want to person to be familiar with different customization schemes when it comes to building a website. Further detail will be discussed with the person. A quick note about what i'm looking for: a quality oriented website. I would like the person to have some experience with web designing which will be a plus. I want a person who will make recommendations and not just follow what i have to say as i'm fairly new to the whole website building. Familiarity with CMS is a bonus. A person familiar with Wordpress will be a plus once more.
