I want to develop a deals website for science and education sector. The models will be similar to following website: [login to view URL] The main goals to achieve from this website are followings: 1. Deals can be posted by merchants directly and can manage, independently for our whole admin panel. Merchants should have limited access to admin panel to only merchant specific deals. 2. Various categories, subcategories, currencies, countries, states, cities etc to manage with payment gateway options to split payment profits like paypal adaptive payment. Also various shipping options should be integrated according to country option. 3. All the social media share and auto-publish options, plus SEO, SEM and PPC options. Deals subscription options should be available to visitors and in admin panel we should be able to manage and extract users data. 4. Site should be responsive now and adoptable for mobile app in future 5. Deals should be shorted according to the country, state and city automatically, therefore a popup window should come to ask Country, State, City and Email address for visitor. 6. Cookies should be designed to track IP addresses for frequent visitors, so visitors don't need to enter location. 7. Other options like [login to view URL], we can discuss further in more details.
