Build a Website

We are currently looking for someone to design a simple but elegant "food tracker" database / entry system with user / admin accessible pages. The idea is the admin can view all of the users (customers) profiles which are not publicly available, the user will upload a daily food log with, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Snacks which then gets stored daily for the admin to see. The company is a fitness company who are aimed at helping people improve their diets and living a healthier lifestyle. At the moment, we are working with an old SQL / PHP entry system which has become deprecated and in need of replacement / upgrading. It does not need to be complicated, in fact, the cleaner / easier the better. Our website is Wordpress developed, it's not essential to have the form accessible directly on the website itself, it could be hosted as a separate site in a subdomain or even simply another directory but if there are any options to embed this interface within the website as RAW HTML or JS that would be helpful. The site must be password protected and the admin must have the ability to create new users (customers) and fill in information such as their name, location and other details. We have many other suggestions and ideas to develop this interface and would be grateful of a skilled developer who is willing to support us in this project for the right price.
