Customer Shipping Portal - Booking page - Ability to add shipments to system - Customers to ask questions about their booking status - Tracking page - see all history of orders placed - Check tracking status Robust Backend Shipping Platform - Ability to view all order history - Custom fields include Customer Name, TRN #, Commodity, Item cost, Merchant, Tracking Number, Status. Able to filter fields. - Ability to mass update order statuses, to update on customer pages - Ability to update customer booking pages - Shipping Reports. Run reports by Service Types, Carrier, Status, with print option - Ability to print and edit airway bill - Reports - How many people registered, how many booking logged, Month, Quarter, Year - Generate manifest based on package status. Edit and print manifest Migrate shipping details/customers from existing site to new platform. Assign the shipments to customer profiles. (customers should only see shipments they entered.)
