Build a Website

I need a new website built. The website will have five menus. The main page will have some graphics and information about company. May want some scrolling of pictures and some flash on main page. I need a shop page so the site needs cart functionality with handling multiple taxes, shipping and payments. The third page will need to upload 3D printing and allow customer to see upload. The program needs to scan for errors and produce a price based on size of uploaded item and material selection. This will need to be developed so a person will need to be able a good web designer but developer and familiar with 3D. Another page will have additional services and last page will have contact information. I already registered name and have a hosting account. I also want site built so I can maintain it going forward, this requirement is imperative. I've built websites long ago but has been some time so once the site it up and running it should be easily maintained. Person will need to be able do all that is required and website must be fully functional.
