I'm looking to create a retail event website which acts as an intermediary between Event Users (Customers) and Event Providers (Hosts). The website will have the following properties Homepage - Welcome screen Geographical (location / map) based search with filters Price Event Type Number of places / tickets available Other appropriate information pages (T&C, About, Ideas and Suggestions, Feedback etc) Host event creation providing the filter criteria necessary for Customer Search to use User and Provider feedback system with ratings Interactive media on each page (video / pictures) Electronic Payment system (PayPal / Visa etc) Email notification, verification and update processes Relational Database which powers the Website GUI Website security Database protection Website protection Other visual, functional and/or behavioural components necessary for the website to achieve the project goal to be agreed in the design phase and as necessary prior to Go-Live The project will have the following components The project will be designed and built on our Server A non-disclosure agreement will apply Copyright of all matter within and pertaining to the website will reside with me Time-based project goals with project deliverables to include draft and beta websites with corrections, updates and issue (based on log) resolution Regular communication (at least weekly) updates between time-based goals by SkyPe Staged payments can be agreed with no more than 50% of total payment being paid prior to completion of the project to Beta stage (prior to UAT) Completion payment (sum of payments at this point to be no more than 90% of agreed cost) on completion of UAT and Go-Live Bugs and issues resolution for 3 months post Go-Live. Changes/Upgrades will be negotiated separately Final payment (sum of payments at this point to be 100% of agreed cost) 3 months after site Go-Live Definitions: UAT - User Acceptance Testing Issue - visual or functionality not as agreed or discussed Bug - visual or functionality with behaviour not as agreed, discussed or the cause of errors or unexpected results Go-Live - Website available to all users on the Internet as a final, fully functional, interactive and responsive website
