The gif will animate when mouse is hover.
Users will be able to choose a pixel spot on size, upload a gif and pay with PayPal.
Once the admin will approve the animation, it will automaticly place the gif in the corresopanding place, with the hover feature and ability to click on the gif to be linked to a custom webpage that the user requested when upload the gif.
