Build a Website

I need someone to design and build my website. The website will allow people to book to have their DRIVEWAY or PATIO Area jetwashed and cleaned in the UK. The website will consist of 5 pages numbered below: 1. Front page explaining what the website does including a call to action, a 3 step how it works section, about what the company does and a testimonials section 2. After the person clicks the call to action they will be directed to a form which will allow them to book in and pay for their driveway cleaning. They will have to choose select: - a rough size in SQM or a click on small, medium or large based on how big their driveway or patio area is. - They will have to select what material their patio or driveway is i.e stone, brick, decking - Next they select two specific dates and times which are good for someone to come and complete the work i.e 23rd May (morning) or 27th May (Afternoon) - They will then put in their personal details including email, phone number and address (which should auto generate the address once someone puts in a post code and house number) - From the information about the site will then automatically generate a cost based on the SQM of the persons driveway X a cost per SqM in £ - They will then input their payment details in to a white label payment section which you will create which will integrate through Payment Sense and click confirm T' and C's and click Pay now 3. After the click submit they will be send to a confirmation page. The information from the form will be sent directly to me via email and they will be sent and immediate order confirmation. 4. There will be a service page which explains in detail the services which we provide 5. There will be a contact us page which will have a form which people can fill in if they need to contact us which will go directly to my email. Any quote sent should be for designing the website, getting the design approved by me and then building the full website with working functionality and then integrating the payment gateway and merchant account.
