Hello James, This is Prasun from W G Technologies .We do have experience on similar domain you are actually looking for. However I do have a few questions : 1. What will be the data feed format? Will this be done through any API, XML as well or only through CSV? The data display can be done in two ways.... 1.1 Parse the data from the source site and displayed directly on your website. This usually happens if the feed format is either through and API or XML. A copy of the data can be stored in the database. 1.2 Data is first stored in the database and the site frontend queries the data from the database as opposed to point 1. This usually happens if the data feed is in CSV format. 2. Please provide a sample of the data feed. Accordingly we will need to design the database. We would like to propose to custom code the website using Codelnighter or Symfony2. Both are MVC frameworks based on PHP and are extremely scalable . Yes regarding the accessibility I would make the site 100% responsive with HTML5, jQuery , CSS so that customer can access the site using any available device like mobile, tablets, PC or anything. This responsiveness will also be browser friendly. The back end will be enabled with a fully featured CMS from which you will have the control over the things. The most important thing of this website is the reporting section and the authority to activate or deactivate a particular site feed from on admin panel. Lets discuss, Regards, Prasun
