Build a Website

I want a multi user market place website similar to ebay, where users can register as sellers and list items for sale. Item purchase would be done via paypal. As the market place provider I would charge the seller 10% fee at time of sale for listing item on my site. Sellers would have a store page like ebay that contains all their items. Items would also have quantities, so that buyer could purchase multiple quantities at once. Buyers would need to create a user account to purchase. There would need to be email verification. After item is purchased, the seller would need to input shipping info with tracking number so buyer could return to view details and tracking. There would be a feedback system so buyer could leave ratings for sellers. There would also be a messaging system so buyers and sellers could send messages to each other. There would be main page that displays items and has search features. There would be categories for items such as clothing, electronics, etc. As the site owner / administrator I would be able to view messages between buyers and sellers to check for prohibited activity. I would also be able to suspend buyer and seller accounts and would be able to reactivate them. It would be very similar to ebay except that there would be no auctions, only buy it now, and it would not charge listing fees and would only charge a final fee at time of sale that would be immediately deducted from sellers' paypal accounts.
