Build a Real Estate Website

I am planning to have a modern real estate web site, I already have one which written in PHP ([login to view URL]) . However, i want totally new one with great shapes and design, such as [login to view URL] .
Basically main features;
-different type of memberships (regular user, agent /real estate office )
-map listing
-deignable details of properties
-good seo design
-fast search options
- listing will mainly focus on Buy and Rent
So, before bid please go to zillow and check it detailly.
Btw, I am also computer engineer and web developer but my experience is not enough to do this project:) So I am looking for a freelancer to partially work with.
Web site should be support multilanguage. All main content (words or sentences) should be listed in admin panel and unlimited language should be entered word by word. If you checked my current website www.spotgayrimenkul.com , it supports Turkish, English, Arabic and Russian. I add these languages just by adding each word or sentence translations in admin panel.
This web sites` main visitors will be Turkish people but i have almost 20% of my visitors from English language speaking countries. No worries that you dont know Turkish:) while editing all contents we will work together to pick best words and sentences for the main content.
Also please consider that Map View and search for properties need good algorithm at back/end to cache fast and giving best results.
While giving milestone for complete, dont rush yourself, I dont want it to be a quick and slipshod project. As soon as we done some milestones and while you get your labor and I started to get good feedbacks from users then we will keep working on it to make it better and bigger.
