Build Leadpages.net landing pages, opt in, mini sites etc from template

Need several simple landing pages, facebook pages, and mini websites that need to built in lead pages. I will provide copy and graphics and select a template for you to tweak colors images etc. . Tasks may include resize images, or find some, some logo creation, thank you pages, form and calendar integrations, auto responder set up in 1shopping cart account. Deploy on my server etc. Simple stuff really . The tasks necessary to create a sales funnel process. I need a ongoing, low cost "go to" person for various projects as needed.
