You will need to create a Steam bot, which accepts and sends out trade offers. This can be achieved by using the Steam API. You will also need to create a completely random jackpot, similar to [login to view URL] Basically, the website will receive virtual items, calculate the value of them, place them into a jackpot in which the winner takes all.
