Build a Bitcoin Brokering Site - Localbitcoins/Bitcoins Experience Needed

My name is Pete and I run a company called BitBroker in the UK which sell bitcoins via www.localbitcoins.com. This new website I want to build is to allow customers to open trades via our website which will in turn open a trade with myself or one of my brokers on Localbitcoins. The idea is to make use of referral links for new accounts and to also drive traffic to my site so they have to trade directly with one of us. The home page must show how many successful trades and how many customers we’ve traded with. A developer has already build a system that tracks this for me so you can pull the number from this system. This page is also to be extremely simplistic displaying two text boxes, 1 for BTC amount and 1 for GBP amount with a buy button along side or below it. The price also needs to be displayed which will be the cheapest price out of myself and the other brokers. Once they click buy it must dynamically show our whole team, who is offline/online, a listing of all our prices against names with the cheapest on top. The customer must have the option to choose from any of us, even though the person they pick may be more expensive, and then the buy button will then directly open a trade with that broker on Localbitcoins. There also needs to be a button for new customers who can sign up for an account using our referral link There will be 7 pages in total: Buy Bitcoins, Home, Support, About Us, FAQ, The Team, Privacy. The page which will load when going to [login to view URL] will be the buy bitcoins page. A logo has already been created which is here but I am open to colour scheme changes and would actually like to see 3 different colour scheme designs: I need someone/company which is/are extremely creative and happy to bounce ideas with me.
