Looking for a freelance web developer for a quick job on a blog.

I need a non scrolling side bar with widgets (these I could probably sort myself with a little guidance) and a little graphic design for a background image (this is not so important)

This is only a tiny project so shouldn't take anybody that long but my HTML knowledge isn't up to scratch. I have example links to explain what I mean.

I am also looking for code for a recent posts grid - perhaps in the side bar.
