BUILD A WEBSITE THAT BUYS CONSUMER ELECTRONICS FROM ITS VISITORS

We want to build a site that allows visitors to select their device and conditions and get a quote for it to sell it the company. The way it works as follow: - Visitors can select their device. Condition. Get a quote. If they agree then they sign up for an account and submit their request. We manually will send them a shipping labels to their email address that they will print and take their device to any FedEx office and ship it to us for free. They will also be able to choose the payment method they want to get paid by. - Visitors can visit the site at any time and login and see the history of transactions. Status of pending transaction. - Visitors can send inquiries on the site and get respond to their email address. - The site will not support any e-commerce transaction. It just allows the users to login in. Get quotes. Check status of pending transactions... etc. Providing labels for shipping and paying vendors will be done manually until the business grows and then we can start automating those things. - Site must be clean. Elegant. Not busy. A perfect example will be [login to view URL], GSMNation.com. - Site must be allow admin to add items that the company buys. For example when we start the business we will only be buying 3 items. Later on we will be buying a lot more. We want to be able to add items any time. Sizes. Specs..... etc. Each item will have many specs for example iPhone 6s will have 3 sizes and 4 colors and 5 carriers options so when the customer select iPhone 6s they should be able to get a menu after with the 3 sizes then the color then the carrier if unlocked or not. So Admin should be able to control that without going back to the programmer or designer. So basically we want a control panel.
