BMI Calculator on Wix landing page

I prepared fully working BMI calculator demo: - with nice look - basic RWD (is scalable to small screen resolutions = "old" mobile) - extended classification of BMI ranks (Severely underweight, Underweight, Healthy weight (normal), Overweight , Moderately obese, Severely obese, Very severely obese - working without external library (such jQuery) - pure html+CSS+JS (about 6 kB of code) Please look demo page and check if it meets your expectations [login to view URL] I created mortgage calculator for client and he also using WIX so i know that to insert calculator must be in one file (html included javascrit and CSS) - and I can do that. I need help with the translation into Dutch :)
