Add some features to my iPhone App

Okay so I have an app that is coded in Swift and uses OCR technology (Tesseract framework on Github) to take a picture of some data and puts in a text box. That part is already built. Now what the problem is that I need a database developed and some other features. I code in Swift, but I am just having a little trouble and would just like to hire someone to finish this off.
