buy items based on tokens earnd from trialpay website

I woud like a webstie that alows me to post a item . In order to get the item you must deposit tokens and after a preset amount the item is released . The backend (admin area) will have be able to generate codes to up load to trialpay to be release when they complete offers. The user will deposit codes received from tirailpay and will turn into tokens 1-50 tokens. and the will use all or some on the items they wish to win. must have user signup area and referral area to earn free tokens. I will need to be able to manual use codes generated.
