Customizing my WP Theme - open to bidding

Hello, I have recently began with the project of developing a digital productions/marketing agency. I worked in a firm myself for 2 years doing sales and have done some side projects with friends and outsourced my work to different agencies overseas. As I intend t do some outsourcing overseas for some of the work I plan on receiving when I launch my start up I do need someone who is reliable, quick and can take his/her creativity to hear my concept and bringing it to life with your own artistic touch. So I said "when I launch my start up"...here is where I am at currently and need assistance with a last few projects before I begin my marketing and closing the hot leads I've already generated. Step 1. Edit my Wordpress site. [login to view URL] Step 2. Create log & facebook timeline cover( will send you current ones that need to be re-done) Step 3. Develop an advertisement and link that to a landing page. Step 4. Develop that landing page as a promotion offer (Digital Re-Branding Promo) Step 5. Integrate a link and create subdomain under my Web Hosting Managment Cpanel. For us to bran a white label CMS platform for users to have a drag and drop builder for website and mobile app mock up's. One of the attached files has a marketin menu of the agency I worked for as a closer and will offer the same services as well as an additional branch of the partnership I developed with Beeing.
