Convert custom Joomla template to Wordpress SEF theme

I have a template for a site that was created using Joomla. That site is no longer, but I have the files and can show a screenshot of what the site used to look like, and I can bring the site back online if needed temporarily. There may be some VERY light graphic design needed, and I may pay a little extra to redesign the masthead, but that's about it. The Wordpress theme must be search engine friendly, and must match the old Joomla template in every regard, including fonts, colors, icons, and spacing. There must be design for font resizing that also looks exactly like the old Joomla template. I am a freelancer here as well, so I know the limitations and problems you'll face, and I will try to make this as easy as possible for you. ***I need this done within 3 days or less***, but please consider that, much like all of you, this is a job I am doing for someone else, and your pricing should reflect market rates as I will ignore outrageous bids.
