Hi Mhills32, I can offer a high quality, easy to manage website at a reasonable price. My suggestion is to use Wordpress as your CMS. Wordpress has a awesome community behind it making it a popular choice for many reasons: 1. You can find free plugins. For instance, there is a forum plugin that works very well with any site. 2. It's an open source market, so it's free to use. 3. Because the community is large, support is always easy to find. I'm more than happy to help you after your website is launched but I just want to assure you that even after your website is launched I want you to succeed and be at ease with the product I hand to you. Each feature you describe can be provided in this contract. I want to be upfront that if you want an onsite payment option that will cost more. For example, if you want your customers to pay on your website and not be directed to Paypal you will need much more customization.
