Seeking expertise to design a website for a legit 501c3 public non-profit intended to create education scholarships for minorities.
I will need to have several additional features on this site to include:
Blogs, Forums, Membership, Subscription Solutions, Shopping Carts, Payment Integration...BUT I simply cannot afford to pay a whole lot.
I already purchased the godaddy domain and their website control panel does come with many of the widgets needed for the above features so it shouldn't take that long or cost as much right?
