Design a Website Mockup; Final Products

I need two websites. One for my seasoned business (existing site is very aged) that will need to be redone and simplified. The second is for a new business I have started--LED lighting. I have an XCart license and some ideas from other sites. I don't like flashturbation, no sounds or music. Keep it simple and easy on the eye. Must be mobile compatible--in fact, we may end up with a mobile app with cart just for fun. Will hire for fixed price for development and re-work and fixed price for final product and deployment. Must be able to do upgrades and make changes quickly for hourly price.
