Design Modifications for existing wordpress template

I have a wordpress template that I would like to use for a client project and need someone to come up with a psd of how the final page would look with the changes that I need. The existing template is [login to view URL] and attached are the changes that I need to be made to the homepage design and layout. At the end of this project i'll just need a psd of what the page would look like. I will need three different designs because i'd like to show the top graphic bar in three different ways. I'll provide some additional direction once a vendor has been selected. I need a quick turnaround on this project of two days if possible.
