Create me an E-commerce website

Hi, and thank you for taking a look at my project. I prefer this website to be coded with JAVA since I have heard this is more safe than PHP is. Although, if this is not possible I am willing to go with PHP. The website I am trying to set up will be a bit different, but will not be different from working point of view. I am trying to set up an e-commerce website involving products and their respective categories. I want to be able to have my friends registering and that they can open a shop where they can upload products, edit them if necessary and delete them when he/she wants to sell no more products. When someone buys a product, I want my friend to receive the money, and I want to be able to set commissions for products sold (Like 5% for a product sold Ex. $100 product, friend receives $95 I receive $5). Also, a small thing I would like to have is social integration. If you can not do this, I can code it myself. I have a design idea in my head, and I would like for this to be drawn out. If you cannot make this design, then I can let someone else do it. This is the global idea I have on this project, we can discuss this more in detail but you probably already know what comes looking with an ecommerce website(Things like product tagging are no stranger).
