Adobe Fireworks to Responsive HTML5 / CSS5, 03/10/2014

I’m looking for a freelancer to convert an Adobe Fireworks file into Responsive HTML5/CSS3. Template files. . There will we a total of 5 pages (Home and 4 internal pages). Please only bid, if you write outstanding code, clear/commented and cross browser compliant. I will need it to work perfectly across all browsers, including IE8. I also need it to be optimized really well. MUST be able to start immediately. DESIGN CONCEPT: Will be provided. HOSTING: N/A PAYMENT STRUCTURE: Money will be Milestone and release upon the following: 30% - upon completion and approval of development 70% - upon successful final UAT and final delivery of all source codes and files This payment structure is a pay as you go method and will reduce risk for the developer and ensure progress for myself. COMMUNICATION: I require someone who will actively communicate with me and update me throughout the project. TERMINATION: This project will be terminated if I feel the development and/or communication process has stalled. If there is an issue, identify it and let me know. I need to turn in a status report as well. OWNERSHIP: Upon full payment, full worldwide ownership of the software/application will transfer to me.
