Custom Flash player like youtube . NEED ASAP

I want a custom flash player for my site.. I need it to be something like you see on flurl or youtube I want my domain name to be clickable on the player itself, I want my domain name on the bottom right hand corner of the video clickable.. Also I want the opening screen to be the logo from my site and the last screen like youtube to be random videos from my site .. I dont need this done server side, I will compile the videos on my computer, I need need the player and a good wmv to flash converter software.. I need this ASAP!!
