Culture Savvy App Design

Looking for someone who can do full designs for this app. I would like for the app to look like the or better than the uploaded mock up. I have some psds from the mock up and can provide them.. A simple app that list the dos and don'ts for a list of ten countries. I. The App should open with a splash screen II. First tab will be “HOME” tab A. A world map will be displayed and countries picked will be highlighted in different colors with the ability to tap on a country and take you to the do’s and don’ts of that country III. Second tab will be “Do’s and Don’ts “ A. List divided into categories of do’s and don’t in that country B. Picture of flag in the right corner IV. Third tab will be “Local Time” A. This will include a list the local time and a link to [login to view URL] to show the currency exchange rate for that country. This app should work in both the Ipad and Iphone and should auto rotate with screen. Will create a milestone for the full payment amount once app is completed and uploaded into app store. Will set up a milestone for full payment completion of work.
