My experience as a surface designer and illustrator using traditional and computer media corresponds well with your project. For example, recently partnered with Ame & Lulu for a freelance design internship. During my time with them I was responsible for designing on-trend prints for their 2016 line. This experience led me to a greater understanding of bag construction while increasing product popularity. Additionally, I have worked for a division of Midwest CBK designing gifts and accessories. While there, I was able to hone my skills in Adobe Illustrator in creating artwork and patterns for everyday and holiday themes. This prepared me to ultimately create spec sheets and die-lines for mass production in foreign markets. By designing product lines, I was further enhancing my use of illustrations with type for sophisticated and polished graphics. I will be using these same techniques on your project.
