Designing Book Templates

Hello: We're looking to hire about 5-10 Graphic Designers to do editorial design for book templates. We have 5 categories of books that we need to design templates for. For example, one category is novel (Sci-fi, romance...). Each book template would have things like a cover and some core pre-layed out template pages. Each template book would have between 5-20 pre-layed out template pages. We have a design Creative Brief that illustrates the design guidelines and provides creative direction. The design would be done in InDesign using our InDesign layout template. Looking for each designer to do about 5 book templates with 10-14 day turnover (1.5-2 weeks).
