Design a T-Shirt - repost 3

I have an idea that I need some work done on. It is for a t-shirt to start with but have intentions of trademarking so I would need all right relinquished by designer. I haven't worked in 3 years and am trying to get something started for myself. I have several of my own ideas and want to find someone to work with me on all of them, but I have to just start with one due to financing, so price will make a big difference on this first one. It would be helpful if the designer has some fashion sense, along with maybe a knowledge of country life. This product is geared toward live stock showing people and cattle people. I already have a beginning it just doesn't look like I want it to for the final piece.
