Design and Code an HTML email template

We require an HTML email template designing and coding, which we will be able to use for all e-marketing for the year ahead. The email template needs to look attractive, work with [login to view URL] and be easily editable by ourselves using Adobe Dreamweaver. The design must be made to work on computer, mobile and tablet. This is for an established brand in the UK which is this year going worldwide. We will supply the chosen person with all brand assets and a detailed brief for what we are looking for, how many image sections and text sections we require etc. We would then sign off any design before it went to the coding stages. Payment will be made once the template has been testing on campaign monitor and is working correctly on all devices. You must have excellent skills in design and html. For an example of the kind of template that other companies use please see attached. This is just an example not something to replicate
