Design Advertising Brochure A4 (1712802)

I need to create a brochure design for [login to view URL] IT Company. Brochure is to have modern look, reflect look and feel of the website and have a persuasive text to get people interested in the company. All company services are to be listed. Brochure will be folded in two places. Here is an example of the layout (just to illustrate layout, design is terrible): [login to view URL] You can view outside and inside. In summary, there will be 6 small pages. Design is to be produced in pdf and in .psd, so I can tweak it and give it to printing shop to print on A4 double sided paper. I will not pay for 1990s ad look and feel. All graphics is to be provided by designer.
