Design a Advertising Banner (for a shop)

We have had some professional Poster/Banners developed... and we would like them edited to reflect new information.
Job entails moving around some objects, re-sizing, editing text and some minor graphical additions.
We've had this sort of work done before on a regular basis and it usually 'at most' takes 30 mins per Banner/Poster.
Attached are 2 high resolution files we wish to edit. Instructions as follows...

- Remove all references to price. This means not only removing the price, but the 'star burst' graphics that show the price.
- Remove copy... 'Self serve smoothies', 'self serve cones' and 'choc tops'. Also remove white text boxes that contain the text to leave striped background exposed.
- Change 'Self Serve Frozen Yogurt' heading to now read 'Soft Serve Frozen Yogurt'. Use same fonts/type size.
- Remove images of Smoothie, Self Serve Cone and Choc Tops. Basically to remove that whole section... and just show the background. Very easy.
- 2 completed files to be given back... 1 with a large white rounded edge rectangle covering the area where the Smoothie, Cones etc... were... the other with the same rectangle but with the words 'NOW AVAILABLE HERE'... all caps and large enough to almost fill the rectangle left to right. Use the same typeface currently used for the heading.

- Change heading from 'SELF SERVE' to "SOFT SERVE'.
- Remove all graphics and text in the area where the SELF SERVE SMOOTHIES, SELF SERVE CONES etc imagery and text are.
- Remove all current text in blue rectangle at base of poster. See if you can add the bear from the other poster.
- As per the job above, 2 versions required back... one with an empty, large rounded edge white rectangle... the other with the white rounded edge rectangle and the words (all caps) 'NOW AVAILABLE HERE'.
