Create cartoon characters from a real persons

I need 4 cartoon characters to be created out of the real persons. I will provide you pictures and videos of those persons so you will have enough material to create cartoon chacarters out of them. - i need only heads of those characters - for every character i need few face expressions - normal, happy, angry, sad, shocked - for every character i need side of the head and also back of the head - i need big resolution (HD) transparent images (png) In attachment im sending you the example of the style of characters that i need. I already have 2 characters done, so it's really important that other characters look styleisticly the same.
