Hello, I have lot of experience in photo to vector jobs. You can look at my portfolio to see my last job. It is old Moscow map. Also, there are more items in my portfolio about this kind of job. As for the cow photo itself, this can be tricky, but if you need cow figure to look like this vector file can be done, just transitions between black and white color will be sharp. Regards, Arsen

converting the image directly to a vector wont work .. would mean a re-draw.. but I have other ideas , which we can create same effect.. please pmb to discuss

I am a graphic designer and illustrator, you can check my portfolio if you like my work, I'll start and finish the project as soon A few months ago I did a similar job for a college in my town, they had a low-resolution images, and they asked me to redraw higher resolution.
