Cartoon Super Hero tshirt design

I am looking to have a cartoon super hero design of a person that has become a internet sensation. His nickname is Red Lightning and he is a ball boy for the FSU football team. I have created a fanpage for him([login to view URL]). I need the image to be 10 colors or less and feature colors: red and yellow or garnet and gold. I also need his hair color to be a featured color as well. He is a very energetic, fast, strong person. The writing on the shirt I would like is "Red Lightning" "He's got Balls". I was thinking the image could feature a belt that held a few footballs and your typical super hero style costume.
