Basic Graphic Maps for Multiple Locations

I have 17 properties that I need graphical maps created for. I have attached an example attached, simple graphical maps - basically look at the address on Google Maps, I have already listed which streets I want on each map per location. In the right hands I'm sure this can be done in an hour, maybe 2 in photoshop. I will require all psd files for each location when finished in case we need to do any modification later. The maps should be fairly small, approximately 400px wide 250px high. This is fairly urgent, need the maps today so don't bid unless you can start immediately. Any questions use the pmb
