Banner design

hello, i am searching for a professional for a project i am building. this project will give a service that includes couple of banners and a html email banners per order, so i am searching for a bulk offer. what i will be in need for in every project i will order is 5-7 banners in all kinds of sizes and 2 html email banners (html email banner is a big banner that get cutted to html.) and maybe a cover design please understand that this can progress to a long term job if i find the right professional please include portfolio thank you, shlomi
