Alter some Images - Part 2

Hello, I need the following images to be modified like this : 1. Should be removed background 2. Should be transparent background 3. Should be HIGH resolution for printing and also for web 4. Should be lined up, the way i am going trough them in the windows photo viewer to not see any position difference. Please keep the same height and width of the bottles. Funds will be released only AFTER giving the PSD files.
