Design a photo booth background template for breeze system software

I am looking for a designer that can create different background themes for different types of events. Example of events: weddings, birthdays, corporate events, etc. These templates are for my photobooth business that takes multiple photos and the images are printed on the templates as the background. These templates will only print on 4 x 6 paper. These templates must be able to be customized by myself so I can change the pictures, text and even layout on the templates. They will need to be layered and I will need to know the fonts so that I can get them to make changes when needed.
