Some text explaining about the site, what the user can expect to find and so on... typically 50-100 words.
User chose from "see what other have responded" or "take survey" (typically to buttons with some text on)
Take survey:
Before getting to the page with questions, the user have to complete a simple form with two questions: Gender (male/female) and age (18-25, 26-38, 39-50, 50+).
A website where I can put in questions (between 80 and 100, ten shown on each page) the visitor gives each question an answerer between 0, 1 and 2. (checkboxes)
0 means 0
1 means sometimes
2 means often
When calculating the score I want the % that have answered this question "sometimes" or " often"
(example: 26% answered sometimes, 16% answered often) out of the total votes given.
When all questions are answered, the user gets to a page where all questions are listed, and what other people have answered are showed in % based on the same gender/age group the user filled in on the first page.
Next to each question is a "more info" link/button. When clicking on that, the user gets to see what other ages/genders have replied to the same answer. (preferable a pop-up)
Also we need to make sure the user can not complete the form more than once (atleast not before 2 weeks or something) but since this site might be used by couples, the same computer are allowed to answer one time as female, and one time as male.

We also need a page where visitors can check what others have answered without having to complete the survey.
Here the user chose gender, age and what questions he/she wants to see what other have responded to. (all questions listed, with checkboxes, user checks relevant boxes and are shown a page with the results for the questions chosen, and that specific age/gender group)
Preferable same option with more info and pop-ups as requested when the user have completed the survey.
Admin page:
I need a admin page where I can see what each visitor have responded, so that I can delete single visitors votes, if needed (if I suspect foul play)
I also need to be able to add questions, but this will only be done once (when the site goes online)
I need to be able to make all text visible to the user in Norwegian.
Design: Cool and sexy, the survey is based on sexual fantasies and the design should reflect that (but not pornographic)
Also I need a footer on all pages where I can put links to four or five other websites (same footer on all pages, links opens in new windows)
